Add the gadget to any Jira dashboard, choose a project or filter, and set how many days without activity counts as stale.
One threshold, set by the team
Seven days for a support queue, thirty for a roadmap. Each gadget keeps its own threshold, so every team defines stale on its own terms.
Real activity only
An issue counts as active when its status changes, someone comments or a field is updated. Anything else leaves it on the list.
Built on Atlassian Forge
The app runs on Atlassian's own platform. There are no external servers, and your Jira data stays inside Atlassian.
